Manipal Global Education Services has won the CII-Microsoft Award for Customer Obsession-2016 under category ‘Active Customer Engagement (Service), (Large Business Organizations)’. CII constituted this award for promoting a ‘customer obsession’ culture among Indian industry and is designed in line with internationally practiced assessment processes. A company is evaluated across 7 parameters (leadership, customer focussed strategy, supply chain management, products & services, customer & market results, knowledge management, and measurement) and how these parameters are aligned to ensure a world class customer experience. The award measures how a company has integrated a customer centric culture across the value chain.
The application and the 2-day evaluation process was a mammoth effort.
